About the event
A tour of the Detroit Historical Museum and Kevin Reed Donley, author of As If By Chance: Sketches of Disruptive Continuity in the Age of Print from Johannes Gutenberg to Steve Jobs, will present his book and tell the story of his two-decade journey to learn about industry innovators and their inventions. He will also discuss the origins of the digital media revolution in ink-on-paper technologies and theorize about where our industry might go from here.
Kevin will sign copies of his book, and they will be available for sale to DCPHC members at a discount. Copies will also be given away during the presentation to several lucky attendees.
